MANUSCRIPT GUIDELINES
Having mutually consented to publish your manuscript, please use the following guidelines in its preparation and submission to FairDeal Publishers.
- 1. Submit a Word Document, not a PDF or any other format.
- 2. Use the Times Roman font, double-spaced, and 12 points for your text. All chapter captions/headlines should be in bold letters.
- 3. Use the 7th edition of the APA Style (https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples) or a later edition in formatting the manuscript, from text to references.
- 4. Before submitting your manuscript, make sure that all citations appear in the reference section, and all references appear in the body of the manuscript.
- 5. The manuscript author/editor/contributor shall be responsible for obtaining a written permission to use a copyright material from its owner/proprietor. The document shall be sent to FairDeal.
- 6. Author self-citation should be limited to no more than three (3) in any chapter.
- 7. Any indicator of author/contributor identity should be removed to enable the blind review of manuscripts.
- 8. Each manuscript should be 9,000 – 10,000 words long, inclusive of references and other texts.
- 9. Each book (sole/multiple authors) shall have 8-10 chapters, excluding the preface and introduction.

- 11. Authors/Editors shall ensure that all tables, charts, photos, graphs etc. are placed at their appropriate places in the manuscript. If the charts, tables, photos, graphs etc., are to be printed in color, they may attract a production charge.

12. a) In the case of a sole author or editor of a manuscript, please submit a brief bio of 200-300 words.
b) In the case of co-authorship/editorship, please submit a brief bio of 150-200 words for each of them.
c) In the case of an edited book, please submit a brief bio 100-150 words for each chapter contributor. - Only manuscripts that meet the specifications above will be accepted for publication
